Personal Training

 

Initial fitness evaluation, nutrition counseling, and prescription costs $35.00. Upon completion of the initial consultation, a schedule and prescription will be drafted for each individual. All sessions must be paid in advanced.

Regular assessments will be conducted during the program to review progress.

Personal training sessions last 50 minutes and may be used up to three times per week, depending on your fitness level.

2 /week = $360/ month

3 /week = $540/ month

Tandem Training:

1 workout/week = $120/ month

2 /week = $240/ month

3 /week = $360/ month

Group of 3 or more:

1 workout/week = $100/ month

2 /week = $200/ month

3 /week = $300/ month

Training with Team Members

Personal Training:
1 workout/week = $140/ month

2 /week = $280/ month

3 /week = $420/ month

Tandem Training:

Endurance Training

Ever want to complete a 5k or a marathon but don’t know where to start? This is your chance! Crosswhite Endurance Running Club has been developed to provide organized training for beginner to advanced runners. Once you become a member of Crosswhite Endurance, you are surrounded with knowledge, encouragement and a positive group atmosphere. With the number one focus on injury free running we aim to educate our runners on proper nutrition, running form and correct training regimen. Group sessions will consist of a theme for the week and a challenging workout that caters to all running levels. Along with two running club sessions per week you will receive a Crosswhite Endurance Team DriFit race shirt and pre race and post race support. Whether your looking to go further, faster, or just make it to the finish line without passing out, Crosswhite Endurance will help you find your second wind.

Upcoming training will include preparation for 5k, 10k, 4 mile, 10 mile, half-marathon, and marathon races. Contact us for more info on training for these events.

Check Your Excuses at the Door

Bootcamp

Having a hard time fitting a good workout in your day? Try out our bootcamp class. These classes are an hour of high intensity circuits that include a variety of lifting weights/objects, TRX straps, body weight routines, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive workouts.

Each workout will give you a full body workout so you don’t have to spend hours in the gym trying to workout every muscle. Bootcamp will help you burn the maximum amount of calories possible during the workout as well as raise your metabolism for the following days there after. You will not get bored during these workouts, as every day will be fun and exciting while challenging you to reach your full potential. So come down and join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and remember to check all excuses at the door.

 

Classes run 60-minutes or 1 hour. 

Bootcamp Schedule: 
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM & 5:30 PM
Saturday at 9:00 AM

Cost: $75 per month (Unlimited) or $10 per class - first class is free!

***College students receive a 15% discount on all training***
