Dance Classes

As of 2018 we are now offering dance classes!

 

Friday night classes are dance training and choreography classes. They are advanced!

Monday/Wednesday classes are for people with no experience necessary. They're for the ones who love to dance but haven't really trained and don't really seek to pursue dance as a career, just for the cardio and fun!

Spots are limited and pre-registration is advised.

Yoga

As of 2018 we are now offering yoga classes!

 

Vinyasa Class

Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga that focuses on connecting flowing movements with your breath. It features some traditional elements of ashtanga yoga like sun salutations, pranayama (breathwork), dynamic stretches, and standing poses. Come to class prepared to get warm. This class will help you build strength, aid balance and weight loss, while reducing stress. During class you are encouraged to practice at your own pace meaning you should take breaks and modify when needed.

Slow Flow

Similar to Yin yoga, Slow Flow is a restful and calming class that includes breathing, gentle flowing movements, and resting poses. You will spend lots of time in poses on the floor, which allows gravity to pull you deeper into the positions. Come to class wearing comfortable clothing preferably with layers in order to help create a cozy environment for your practice.

***Please bring your own yoga mat***

"Move with Mele"


Move with Mele is a Zumba/hip-hop styled fitness class combined with uplifting, positive music to help create an encouraging environment. Every move has been choreographed specifically target certain parts of the body to give individuals an easy and fun way to workout. The music is carefully selected to help bring energy all while edifying our spiritual bodies as it plays while our physical bodies work hard. In the end, we all just strive to honor God with our whole beings, and this class is only to encourage that as we live to worship Him.
