After your Initial fitness evaluation, a certified Personal Trainer will design a prescription for a nutrition and training schedule for your person health goals. Regular assessments will be conducted during the program to review progress and your trainer will keep you accountable to reach your goals.
Having a hard time fitting a good workout in your day? Try out our bootcamp class. These classes are an hour of high intensity circuits that include a variety of lifting weights/objects, TRX straps, body weight routines, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive workouts.
