Check Your Excuses at the Door

Having a hard time fitting a good workout in your day? Try out our bootcamp class. These classes are an hour of high intensity circuits that include a variety of lifting weights/objects, TRX straps, body weight routines, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive workouts.

Each workout will give you a full body workout so you don’t have to spend hours in the gym trying to workout every muscle. Bootcamp will help you burn the maximum amount of calories possible during the workout as well as raise your metabolism for the following days there after. You will not get bored during these workouts, as every day will be fun and exciting while challenging you to reach your full potential. So come down and join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and remember to check all excuses at the door.

 Classes run 60-minutes or 1 hour. 

Bootcamp Schedule: 
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 AM & 5:30 PM
Saturday at 9:00 AM

Cost: $75 per month (Unlimited) or $10 per class - first class is free!

***College students receive a 15% discount on all training***

Kids program schedule with Melody Hicks:

Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm
1-on-1 mentorship program $25 per child
