All the information and support you need to achieve your fitness goal! 

Steps to get started:

1.) Schedule a Consultation! This will be your Initial fitness evaluation (costs $60.00).

2.) A certified Personal Trainer will then design a prescription for a nutrition and training schedule for your person health goals.

3.) Regular assessments will be conducted during the program to review progress and your trainer will keep you accountable to reach your goals.

Personal training sessions last 50 minutes and may be used up to three times per week, depending on your fitness level. All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Tandem Training:

1 workout/week = $140/ month

2 /week = $280/ month

3 /week = $420/ month

Group of 3 or more:

1 workout/week = $120/ month

2 /week = $240/ month

3 /week = $360/ month

1 workout/week = $180/ month

2 /week = $360/ month

3 /week = $540/ month

Tandem Training:

1 workout/week = $120/ month

2 /week = $240/ month

3 /week = $360/ month

Group of 3 or more:

1 workout/week = $100/ month

2 /week = $200/ month

3 /week = $300/ month
