About Us

"This is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, and in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." 2 Corinthians 12:10

Health and fitness has been a part of my life for years. I have always enjoyed participating in athletics and resistance training but I have been even more fascinated studying about it. Having most of my family in the medical field, I decided to follow their lead but take a different approach.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology from Liberty University and participated in countless hours of internships with physicians, physical therapists and other fitness professionals to be able to do my job as effectively as possible. I started personal training in 2007 and have loved it since, expanding my areas of expertise throughout that time.

I absolutely love meeting with new clients and enjoy being by their side during the process of reaching their goal. I believe you should be fit on the outside and in, using your ONE body as a vessel to do God's work. Start your new era of fitness for yourself but more importantly for the glory of God.

"And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you."
1 Peter 5:10

Ever since I can remember, athletics has been a significant part of my life. Although I have always been an active person; true fitness was never a priority of mine until the early years of college. While studying Exercise Science at Liberty University I developed a profound respect for God's ingenious design of the human body and became fascinated of what it can accomplish. With this new perspective I then decided to make not only athletics, but also true fitness a priority in my life. I have always loved to see motivated people reach their goals and this is why I love my job. As a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Licensed Massage Therapist I am now equipped to assist clients in reaching their fitness goals, as well as helping them reduce chronic pain that they may be having. God has not called us to simply live, he has called us to abundant life and this is why we must better ourselves every day.

"There is no substitute for hard work."

Trey Kelty

"My name is Trey Kelty B.S exercise science strength and conditioning specialist. I am an ACSM certified exercise physiologist as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) I spent four years enlisted in the United States Air-Force where I really began to enjoy strength training and exercise. During my time in the Air Force I experienced multiple non weight lifting injuries, I was told to stop going to the gym and do physical therapy, or go to a chiropractor. These were both helpful at the time but when my sessions were up and I was back on my own the pain would eventually come back. Finally I started seriously weight training again and I learned that strength training was the one thing that I could do to kept the pain of those injures from coming back. I knew then that this was going to be a part of my life from that point on.

Countless individuals have pain they are dealing with, my goal is to help clients strengthen their bodies, improve their health, decrease their pain, and improve their quality of life. I love being a resource for Individuals needing accountability and wanting to make a change to their lifestyle."
