When you walk into the personal training gym at Crosswhite Fitness, it’s a guarantee you’ll see more than one person working out. Rarely do you see a solo person being trained or completing a workout alone. Typically, groups of 2, 3, or even more are working under the same trainer. Maybe they’re completing different circuits based on their needs and capabilities, but they’re all in there—sweating it out together.
