When you walk into the personal training gym at Crosswhite Fitness, it’s a guarantee you’ll see more than one person working out. Rarely do you see a solo person being trained or completing a workout alone. Typically, groups of 2, 3, or even more are working under the same trainer. Maybe they’re completing different circuits based on their needs and capabilities, but they’re all in there—sweating it out together. I’ve seen people high five, call out motivation, or even do their best to chat through an unbearably long plank.
It’s extremely important and encouraging to walk your journey surrounded by other people. We do that in all other areas of our lives. We eat together, we shop together, we work together, we drink coffee together, we laugh together, we mourn together. And yet so many people find themselves doing the whole gym/healthy lifestyle/nutrition thing on their own.
It’s proven that having an accountability partner (in anything in life) increases your likelihood to complete a task. Wouldn’t you rather be encouraged by someone else on their own fitness journey as you continue yours? Celebrate their successes and encourage them in their disappointments? It’s probably a clear answer.
And that’s one of the greatest things about Crosswhite Fitness. It’s one of the reasons the trainers love to train, and the clients keep coming back. This place is more than a gym. It’s a place where people walk in—knowing they’re about to be challenged—but knowing they are doing their very best to change their health and their lives. You see mothers, fathers, grandparents, kids, seasoned exercisers, and people who are brand new. But there is no separation. There is no judgment. There is only encouragement, motivation, and a push to be better than the day before. Crosswhite Fitness is truly a place like no other, and everyone can find a place here.
