Alcohol is always one of my least favorite topics to talk to clients about. Why? Because I feel as though I am the messenger who has to let them know this earth shattering news: alcohol will significantly decrease your rate of weight loss.
When you walk into the personal training gym at Crosswhite Fitness, it’s a guarantee you’ll see more than one person working out. Rarely do you see a solo person being trained or completing a workout alone. Typically, groups of 2, 3, or even more are working under the same trainer. Maybe they’re completing different circuits based on their needs and capabilities, but they’re all in there—sweating it out together. I’ve seen people high five, call out motivation, or even do their best to chat through an unbearably long plank.
